In this 2020 full of challenges, NITESCO also had the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing emergency. We have always been committed to the production of components for the manufacture of tables and desks of the highest level, establishing ourselves over the years with many realities looking for a reliable partner capable of guaranteeing significant production volumes and high quality standards. We have thus established solid and privileged partnerships with some important players in the supply industry. These include Quadrifoglio Group Spa, a leading company in the field of furniture systems and Consip accredited.

After winning the contract for the supply of new desks and related seating promoted by the Italian Ministry of Education, Quadrifoglio Group also turned to NITESCO to fulfill the order. And we accepted the challenge. The ministerial need was to have desks with more compact dimensions available as soon as possible with which to renew school furniture, to ensure spacing between pupils, making the best use of space.

We reconverted our production in a very short time, and within a couple of months we were able to go from the initial 6/7000 pieces per day to peaks of 12,000 counters per day. We have perfected production processes and speeded up raw material procurement, personally taking care of the entire production and management chain, including logistics and transportation.

Great production capacity, flexibility, ironclad organization of processes and maximum on-time delivery have always been our indispensable qualities. This year we were able to put them in the service of a bigger goal. For us at NITESCO, reaching the set goal was especially important from a social, not just an economic point of view. We are proud to have had the opportunity to do our part.
